Inaugural Meeting of the Committee on American Indian Issues

In response to the influential words of Chief Billy "Redwing" Tayac we are forming a committee to work on the issues affecting American Indians. This group will work towards organizing actions to preserve tribal lands, Promote better conditions on reservations, join The Longest Walk, recognize Spanish Speaking Indians' native heritage and achieve a more open policy to Spanish Speaking Indians immigrating to the United States.
